IPS were called out by Gloster MEP to assist with pipework alterations to the sprinkler systems servicing Fulton & Fifth in Wembley.

This is a large mixed-use development with over 800 apartments and commercial spaces. It features five residential towers with community areas, a gym, swimming pool, cinema, and co-working spaces. 

Alterations were required to the sprinkler system servicing the commercial areas. As the system was live, draining down wasn’t an option so we carried out a relatively straightforward freeze of the 4” sprinkler main.

The Mechanical Site Manager at Gloster MEP praised our technicians,
