This project, carried out on a limited time full system shutdown, was to simultaneously freeze the chilled and condenser water circuits feeding 2 chiller units in the basement level -3.

Once isolation had been achieved, large, heavy isolation valves were changed. The project involved the use of nitrogen tankers, pressure vessels, air movers and personal oxygen monitors to ensure that the job was carried out in a safe working environment.
