The project was to provide new, valved branch connections into the critical chilled water services of the building without shutting down the cooling water to data handling systems and thus disrupting the operation of the business.

The risk was that the critical chilled water would have to be shut down if anything went wrong with the connection process thus having a severe detrimental effect on the client’s business activities.

We also carried out similar connections into the heating mains.

The whole project was planned and managed to minimise this risk to the lowest level possible and the works were carried out without incident.

Our client provided a glowing reference after the works were completed fully satisfying another customer who had a similar critical project at a Royal Bank of Scotland building that we could deliver their project to their satisfaction without worry or risk.
